Abstract: This farm practice was conducted at the Poultry Project of the Department of Animal Science, Don Sever inc Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite from January 29, 1993 to March 19, 1993 with 200 birds used in one production cycle. This actually aimed to provide managerial and or supervisory experience in applying the basic principles in broiler production. The broiler, having consumed a total of 850 kilograms of feeds attained a total final weight of 316.80 or an average of 1.65 kg/bird, and a feed conversion efficiency of 2.5 kg/kg gain in weight. The birds were sold at P50.00 per kilogram liveweight. The percentage mortality of the birds from day old up to seven-week-old was well within the acceptable limit. The project obtained a net income of P3,741.61 with an ROI of 30.71% after seven weeks of operation.
