Abstract: This farm practice was conducted at the Agri-business Poultry Project of the Department of Animal Science, Don Severino Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite from October 30, 1993 to December 18, 1993 using a total of three hundred (300) straight-run broiler chicks. The project aimed to provide the student with managerial experience and to develop his entrepreneurial skills in operating small scale broiler production. The broilers consumed a total of 1200 kilograms of feeds and attained a total final weight of 483.93 kg or an average of 1.71 kg per bird and feed conversion efficiency of 2.54. The mortality of the birds from day-old was 5.67 percent or a total of seventeen birds. The birds were sold at P55.00 Per kilogram liveweight. After seven weeks of operation, the project obtained a income of P8,434.3 with a Return on Investment (ROI) of net 46.Z
