A field study was conducted from November 15, 1997 to February 21, 1998 at Kimberly-Clark Philippines Incorporated, United San Pedro Subdivision, San Pedro, Laguna to apply the knowledge, skills and tools in business management to actual field operations. Specifically, it organizational aimed to gather management, production, information on marketing and financial aspects of the firm by identifying problems encountered. Primary data were gathered through observations, actual participation in different activities and personal interviews with the employees. Secondary data were gathered from the record files of the firm. The problem of the company is in the production. Sometimes the production department cannot produce goods because it lacks raw materials and chemicals to be used in producing their products. In spite of the identified problems encountered by the company, the corporation has gained profit in the previous years and the profitability ✓ratios revealed its financial viability.
