ANZALDO, FELISA JESUS. "FOUR STEPS CORPORATION". Department of Management, College of Economics, Management and Development Studies, Cavite State University, April 1999. Adviser. Mr. Florindo C. Hagan.
A field study was conducted from November 1997 to January 1998 at Four Steps Corporation (FSC) located at Aguinaldo Highway, Dasmarinas, Cavite to apply the knowledge and skills to actual work situation. It also aimed to know how a business operates and to identify the common problems encountered in the operation of the firm. The observation focused on the management, marketing and financial aspects of the business. Data were gathered through the help of Mr. Reynante Estocado, the building administrator. The firm is found to be earning and doing well. It had a four-storey building allotted for two major business operations — a commercial space for lease and an entertainment center composed of a cinema house and an amusement arcade. Between the two major business activities, the firm was earning more from the rental of commercial spaces. The problems encountered by the firm were power interruptions and lack of manpower in certain areas of the business.
