Abstract: GALANG, RAZEL T., P.C. Magpily Engineering Enterprises. Field study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2002. Adviser: Mrs. Cecilia T. Cayao. A three-month study was conducted at P.C.Magpily Engineering Enterprises in Sta. Cruz, Laguna to apply skills and knowledge learned in actual business operation. The study aimed to practice technical and human relations know-how and to be involved in actual operations and management of the enterprise. The firm’s nature of work was surveying and developing. The company surveys land, location, re-location, subdivision, and other areas to develop. Land titling is only part of this job. The building constructions must only be done upon the request of their clients. The study focused on the activities and experiences of the author in the firm. She was assigned in the Engineering Office and to the field to be exposed to actual working situation and to know the process of land surveying. There are some activities that the trainee cannot relate like in lot data computation. It is used as a pattern of the draftsman of the so-called cartographers for the plan. Data computation must be in proper measures and it is very important in land surveying. All the transaction must be affected if there's a lot of computational error. The engineer must strictly focus their attention on this case. In finishing this study, it was realized that every person or employee specifically different engineers have their own individual categorizations and had own duties to make this business broad and earn much profit.
