Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing. Cavite State University. April 2003. Adviser. Ms. Cristina del Mundo. A 480-hour field study was conducted at the Sales and Marketing Department of Arcon Group Holdings Incorporated located at Sunette Tower Corner Durban Street, Makati Avenue, Makati City from November 18,2002 to February 13,2003 to discuss the organization and management, practices, and policies of the firm, provide a discussion of the marketing aspects of the firm, and identify the problems encountered by the company and recommend feasible solutions to the problems identified. Data were gathered from the documents and other materials given by the company and through observation, personal interview with employees, HRD officers, and some marketing staff. Arcon Group Holdings, Inc (AGHI) is engaged in real estate and property management, and hotel and restaurant operations It is also into communications, accounting, services, membership clubs, holiday ownership club, travel and tows, aside from car rental, video rental, and learning center. The Sales and Marketing Departments handles the marketing activities of the company. Inspite of its successes, the company is still encountering problems such as the "palakasan system" and lack of office supplies, and late delivery of employees' reimbursement
