Abstract: PEREY, JERMILYN TULAO. Lee Outfit Corporation, CEPZ, Rosario, Cavite. Field Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2003. Adviser: Ms. Lina C. Abogadie. A three-month field study was conducted at Lee Outfit Corporation to provide opportunity for the author to apply her knowledge and skills in business management to actual business situation, describe the organization and management, and production aspect of the company, determine the problem faced by the personnel and other departments and identify the problems encountered in the firm and suggest some feasible solutions to the various problems encountered. Relevant data were obtained through observations and interviews with the management staff and from the files of the company. Lee Outfit Corporation aims to help its sister company in maintaining the good quality of its products and widen its share in the international market. Lack of other machineries such as cutting machine and stain machine that can help its employees to work faster is one of the problems faced by the company. Also the corrupt practices done by some workers were observed inside the firm. Making the guards alert and always inspect the delivery trucks before shipment can solve the problem. In addition, putting hidden cameras to monitor the corrupt employees is suggested. The firm may expand its facilities for the convenience of the employees.
