The study was focused on the influence of change management practices on employees' performance and satisfaction in selected electronic companies in Cavite. The objectives of the study were to describe the (a) socio-demographic profile of the regular production employees in selected electronics companies within Cavite; (b) the change management practices of selected electronics companies in Cavite; (c) the level of performance of the regular production employees; (d) the level of satisfaction of the regular production employees towards the company; (e) ascertain if there is a significant relationship between (a) change management practices and employees' performance; (b) change management practices and employees' satisfaction. Based on the data gathered, almost half of the participants were in the mid-age bracket 26 to 30 years old. Majority of the participants were single and high school graduates. All of the participants of the study were production operators. Length of service of the employees was at least 2 years and above. Based on the Cavite minimum wage rate 356.50/day, most of the employees in production is earning a total of 5,000 to 10,000 per 15th and 30th of the month. In determining the change management practices, level of performance and satisfaction towards change management practices in selected electronic companies in Cavite, used frequency, range, mean and standard deviation to compute. The organization always utilized various change management practices in terms of technological change, leadership change and organizational culture change. The employees were far above requirements on their performance in terms of the quality and quantity of work output, timeliness and cost-effectiveness in their job. And contented in their job in terms of the compensation, benefits and incentives, training and development, work environment and work-life balance towards change management practices. In testing the relationship of variables performance and satisfaction to change management practices spearman rank correlation coefficient was used. Based on the data gathered the result showed that the performance and satisfaction were highly correlated towards change management practices of the selected electronic companies in Cavite. Therefore, performance and satisfaction was significantly related to change management practices.
