The study was conducted to develop an Inventory System for College of Education's Library in Cavite State University as a solution to the current problem of the Library in College of Education which they encountered laborious task on finding a book due to a lot of section, misplaced transactions such as record of students in log book that only saved through bond paper and lastly the report of overall master list of books in the CED Library which necessarily needed to send to their college dean. This study aimed to develop a system to lessen the works of Library in Charge time and accurately tracked the records easily.
The system can only be used by the Library in charge and students having a limitation for the students which can only search books and the Library in charge will handle the transaction process.
The researchers used Iterative methodology in the development of the system. There are six (6) stages which is planning, requirements, design, implementation, verification and evaluation and that phases will be followed.
