The system entitled "Development of Online Management Information System for Dasmarinas East National High school" was developed to provide the school with an organized storage or information and io solve io solve the flaws the existing school reports generation. The system consists of six modules, first is the Account Module where the restrictions of the users happen. Second is the Admission Module where the registration of the student's takeover. Third is the Grades Module where the assign teachers in charge of manage uploading of student's grades, and the advisers which
enable user to monitor the grades of their handling students, fourth is the Profile Module which consists of the basic information for students while faculty with their handled section and basic information. Fifth is the Bulletin Module that handles the organizations current news events, and announcements. Last is the Report Generation Module which is accountable to generation or school reports.
The researchers used Incremental Methodology as their model. This is composed of seven different phases and these are planning phase, breakdown priority project, design module, code test/debug, integration, operation and maintenance, and test implementation.
During the coding phase, the following tools were used to develop the system; Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as scripting language, My Structured Query Language (MySQL) for the database, Apache for the Server, Sublime for the PHP script editor, and Adobe Photoshop for the enhancement of the systems interface.
The system was evaluated based on functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability of the software. The acceptance level of the users was stated in the evaluation of the system. With this success was established in meeting the requirements and expectations needed by the organization.
