The study aimed to determine the demographic profile, educational background, employment data, competencies learned of the Bachelor of Science in Criminology graduates from batches 2010-2019, and suggestion to improve the course. It also aimed to know if there is a significant relationship between educational background and employment data of the graduates. This also sought to determine if there a significant relationship between the employment data and competencies learned of graduates from the program. Specifically, it aimed to: 1) determine the demographic profiles of B.S. Criminology graduates batches 2010-2019 in terms of age, sex, civil status, and monthly income; 2) determine the educational background of the criminology graduates from batches 2010-2019 in terms of professional examination taken, professional or work related training program attended/completed, reasons for pursuing training/advance studies; 3) determine the employment data of the criminology graduates from batches 2010-2019 in terms of employment status, present occupation, reasons for staying in the job, reasons for accepting and changing the job, length of stay in first job, job level position in first job, initial gross monthly earning on their first job; 4) determine the competencies learned by the criminology graduates from batches 2010-2019 in the University; 5) determine the suggestions of the criminology graduates 2010-2029 to improve the course curriculum of criminology student of the College of Criminal Justice; 6) determine if there is a significant relationship between educational background and employment data of the graduates; and 7) determine if there is a significant relationship between the employment data and competencies learned of graduates from the program. Overall, male participants outnumbered females. Their ages range from 24 to 26 years old, implying that the participants are of working age. The majority of those who took part were single. Thus, the alumni are more focused with their personal growth, needs, and advancement. When it comes to employment data, all of the graduates (78) are employed. The majority of them earn between 10,000 and 25,000 pesos per month. As a result, the graduates demonstrate their aptitude, skill, knowledge, and dedication by locating a job that suits their sector while also meeting their families and personal needs. Communication skills, which were taught in college, were very valuable to the graduates in terms of competencies learned. In terms of course curriculum suggestion, specialized teachers to the significant subjects and adjust their practice based on observation and knowledge of the students to strengthen the competency of all graduates so that they may succeed in their chosen profession. There is a significant relationship between reasons for pursuing training/advanced studies of the respondents to their current/present job position level and to their initial gross monthly income on their first job. There is a relationship between competencies learned of graduates from the program and their current/present job position level and to their initial gross monthly income on their first job.
