The study aimed to determine the demographic profile, educational background, employment data, competencies learned of the B.S. Industrial Security Administration graduates, batches 2016-2020, suggestion to improve the course and level of performance of the employed B.S. Industrial Security Administration graduates. Overall, male participants outnumbered females and their ages range from 22 to 28 years old. Moreover, the majority of those who took part were single. When it comes to employment data, 51 were employed and seven were still seeking or applying for a job. The majority of unemployed graduates' reason were advance further study, no job opportunity and under employment status. Office staff, security officer, safety officer, and security personnel made up the majority of the current jobs for B.S Industrial Security graduates. The majority of them earn between 15,000 and 20,000 pesos per month. Human relation skills, which were taught in college, were very valuable to the graduates in terms of competencies learned. Their manager/supervisor gave them an exceptional rating for job knowledge, planning and problem solving, productivity, communication skills, teamwork, and management abilities, with a median score of 4 and a verbal interpretation of excellent. They make an effort to be present at their employment. As a result, their managers or direct supervisors assessed that they performed effectively, and that they met and frequently exceeded these job standards.
