Previous studies in this field has failed to include how the Philippine National Police (PNP) executes their quality performance in terms of crime investigation, maintenance of peace and order; public community relations; crime prevention. This study entitled "Exploring the Factors Affecting the Quality Performance of Philippine National Police in the Municipality of Indang, Cavite", aimed to assess and explore the different factors that affect the quality performance of the PNP in Indang, Cavite. Qualitative research design was used in this study. Six police officers from Indang, Municipality and four participants from the community were interviewed using semi standardized interview. In addition, purposive sampling and convenient sampling technique were used. Police visibility, execution of duties and police-community relation are the themes formulated on how the police officers in Indang Municipal Police Station execute their quality performance. With regards to the external and internal factors that affect the police performance, five themes were drawn and these are as follows; community involvement, public trust, police media relations, morale and rewards and incentives. Beneficial relationships and efficiency of the organization would remain through programs and by means of recognition and other programs that would boost the morale of police officers, they could make a greater effort in executing their duties.
