A study was conducted to design and fabricate a microcontroller-based coconut milk and coconut oil extractor. Specifically, the study aimed to: desiY1 and construct the microcontroller unit for the coconut milk and coconut oil extractor, &sign and construct extractor unit for the system; develop a software that will control the operation of the system using assembly language; evaluate performance of the system; conduct cost computation for the whole system.
The control unit and extractor unit comprised the whole system. The control unit served as the brain of the system. It controls the execution of the different operations. It was composed of integrated circuits and other components that. were connected through data and address buses.
The software was &developed using assembly language. The software instructs the control unit for the machines operations such as milk extracting milk pumping, oil cooking and waste disposing.The microcontroller-based coconut milk and coconut oil extractor was &signed and developed in Tagaytay City. The designed was tested and evaluated in the Three-Stuey Engineering Building with the presence of the proponents adviser aid technical critic.
The proponents' main objective was achieved. The microcontroller-based coconut milk and coconut oil extractor successfully extracted coconut milk and coconut oil. The efficiency of the die machine was determined by extracting 250 grams of grated coconut meat. The efficiency were completed.
