It was conducted at Cavite State University-Don Severino de las Alas Campus, Indang, Cavite from August 2018 to May 2019. The participants of the study were the public secondary teachers of seventh district of Cavite, particularly in the municipalities of Tanza, Indang and Amadeo; and the city of Trece Martires. Target participants were asked to answer a survey questionnaire which was composed of 65 statements and 4 parts. Descriptive statistical tools such as mean and standard deviation were used in presenting and analyzing the data gathered. The Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient was used to determine if there is a significant relationship between the variables. The study revealed that 40 percent of the participants are in range of 31 to 40 years old, majority of them were females. Also, 67 percent of them were married, 52 percent of them were ranked as teacher I and 40 percent of them were 6 years and below in service. The hypothesis was accepted meaning there is no relationship between the teacher’s profile and financial literacy and as to the teacher’s profile and financial security. However, the relationship between teacher's year in service and financial security revealed that they were significantly related to each other but negatively correlated. The study tested the significant relationship between the level of financial literacy and financial security of the teachers, and it revealed that they were significant and positively related.
