The research process was conducted using a quantitative approach employing a descriptive-comparative design. Fifty participants who engaged in mobile banking were selected using purposive sampling. The majority form of business organization among small enterprises is the sole proprietorship, which employs 3 to 4 people that have been running their businesses for either 0 to 2 years or 3 to 5 years. The study revealed that small enterprises perceived mobile banking as highly beneficial and with very low risk. It is very evident that it is useful and convenient, secure and safe, cost-effective and offers great features that are accessible to the users. The significant difference between the risks and benefits of advanced mobile banking technology for selected small enterprises in Dasmariñas City, Cavite implies that the businesses gain more benefits than risks when using the technology by making every operation efficient. Thus, the study recommended that people take advantage of the benefits of making financial transactions more convenient through the use of advanced mobile banking. At the same time, mitigate the minimal risk it may possibly cause by means of proper implementation.
