Students' Awareness and Perception on Gad Policies, Programs and Activities of the Gender and Development Resource Center in Cavite State University - Main Campus, Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. August 2022. Adviser: Ms. Sheryl S. Ersando. This study focuses on students' awareness about Gender and Development policy, program, and activities of the Gender and Development Resource Center among development management students at Cavite State University Main-Campus Indang Cavite, during the school year 2021-2022. The study employed a descriptive design. Percentage, mean, frequency, and standard deviation were used to compare the data gathered from the participants. By using stratified random sampling, this study was able to identify the number of students from 1st to 4th year. The number of students that are needed in this study is 399 students from the department of the College of Economics, Management, and Development Studies. With that, this study used a five percent margin of error to get the completed sample size from 399 to 200 students. The ages of the students are ranging from 17 to 28 years old. And they had more female participants than males. This study revealed that the students have a high level of awareness with regards to the Capacity Building Program for Gender and Development. However, in terms of the following: Gender-Sensitive Curriculum, Gender Fair Language, and Display for Campaign to End Discrimination and Violence Against Women, the results were moderately aware. In terms of student's level of perceived needs, the study results were important in regard to the following statements: Sensitive-Gender Curriculum, Capacity Building Program for Gender and Development, Gender Fair Language, and Display for Campaign to End Discrimination and Violence Against Women. On the other hand, the study showed that the results for students' degree of fulfillment was fulfilled in terms of the following statement: Gender-Sensitive Curriculum, Gender-Fair Language, Capacity Program for Gender and Development. However, in terms of Display for Campaign to End Discrimination and Violence Against Women, the students showed results of Somewhat Fulfilled.
