Online Computer-Aided Instruction on Industrial Psychology for Bachelor in Industrial Technology Students was conducted to provide new and alternative way of teaching for instructors and students to acquire knowledge and information about the subject. Further, the study is implemented online and includes quizzes to determine the capacity of understanding and knowledge of the users with corresponding score to ensure that the users understand the lesson.
Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) integrated with Macromedia Dreamweaver wasrange of as programming language in developing the software because of its wide range functionality and features.
Paper prototyping was the paradigm used to design the software, which enabled the developers to create a good user interface. The developers built a prototype, evaluated the model then built an enhanced prototype. A paper prototype or computer-based model depicts a human-machine interaction in a form that enabled the user to understand how such interaction occurred.
