information. It also assured that the records are secured from unauthorized access of information because the user needs to log-in and use a definite password before using the system.
Specifically, this study aimed to create a system under a client server environment, to have an easy and faster retrieval of information and to update the scholarship and seminar records. It also generates reports accurately such as progress reports, seminar reports and other required documents of authorized offices.
This computer-based system will provide a more systematic way of organizing and controlling seminar records and scholarship records. The records would be arranged according to types of scholarship. Furthermore, it would lessen the possibility of replication of records and minimize the time spent searching for specific records.
