The android mobile application CEIT 3D Moto: College of Engineering and Information Technology 3D Mobile Tour was developed to provide an alternative way of touring during the time of pandemic through virtual representation of the college and providing brief information of the CEIT. The android mobile application consists of four (4) modules: mobile integration module, information module, navigation module, and trivia game module. The researchers used Agile Methodology in developing the application which contains six phases: requirements, analysis and design, implementation, testing, deployment, and evaluation. The researchers also used a software evaluation sheet based on ISO 9126 as the research material. Ten Information Technology experts and 40 CEIT students were selected to be the participants in the evaluation of the mobile application. The information system was evaluated with the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, maintainability, effectiveness, portability, and user-friendliness. The overall result of the evaluation gained a mean of 4.46 with an interpretation of excellent which means that the system passed the evaluation criteria and has the requirements and objectives.
