Agile methodology was applied in developing the system. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 standards: Functionality, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, and user-friendliness. A user acceptance testing is also conducted to test each module. Based on the gathered inputs of the respondents comprised of 7 instructors that use the CCL rooms, 3 CCL assistants, and 6 IT specialists the results of the evaluation and testing are both "Excellent". According to their suggestions and comments, we have identified some recommendations for the system.
