AGOOT, MARIA CLARISSA G. and ROGACION, REN ANDR'E O. CCL Utilization and Feedback System for CvSU University Computer Center. Capstone Project. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Mr. Ace Amiel E. Malicsi.
The CCL Section Head of the University Computer Center is experiencing a hard time making accurate reports and collecting the instructors' feedback for the stakeholders since some of the instructors forget to submit feedback after using a CCL room. As well as utilizing the schedule of each CCL room. While the instructors who are using the CCL rooms are facing problems in finding a vacant room when they need to perform extra classes. With this, the researchers of this study developed a system called CCL Utilization and Feedback System for CvSU University Computer Center edto aimed to facilitate better management in utilizing the schedule of the CCL rooms in the University Computer Center (UCC). As well as to produce an accurate room report and feedback report for the stakeholders that came from the instructors. It also aimed to give the instructors access to view the schedule of each CCL room so that they can easily find a vacant room for their extra classes. With the help of the system, the CCL Section Head can generate a pdf file of the reports that include the computation of the average feedback for the stakeholders. Agile methodology was applied in developing the system. The system was evaluated using ISO 25010 standards: Functionality, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, and user-friendliness. A user acceptance testing is also conducted to test each module. Based on the gathered inputs of the respondents comprised of 7 instructors that use the CCL rooms, 3 CCL assistants, and 6 IT specialists the results of the evaluation and testing are both "Excellent". According to their suggestions and comments, we have identified some recommendations for the system.
