The study was conducted at Global Grand Fortune, Incorporated located at Magsaysay Rd. Brgy. San Antonio, San Pedro City Laguna from February 26, 2018 to April 17, 2018. The study was conducted to analyze the employee's compensation and benefits of the company. Specially, this study aimed to (a) determine the employees' compensation and benefits of Global Grand Fortune Incorporated; (b) determine the methods used to administer employee benefits; (c) determine the basis of the company in giving benefits to its employees; (d) identify problems encountered in giving benefits; and (e) recommend solutions to problems identified.
The study mainly covered the employee compensation and benefits of the company. Global Grand Fortune, Incorporated, has two classified benefits given to their employees: the non-monetary and monetary benefits. Non-monetary benefits mandated by the company include health card, communication allowance and free uniform. Company car and laptop as one of the fringe benefits were also provided. Benefits mandated by Philippines labor law such as vacation leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, 13th month pay and retirement benefit were also given.
All benefits provided by the company were analyzed. Analysis showed that
GGFI implemented its compensation and benefits to its employees satisfactorily.
Compensation and benefits were fully appreciated by the employees.
The basis of the company in giving benefits to its employee was based on the performance and length of employment.
