The study was conducted to determine the readiness, perception and attitude of the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies students of Cavite State University in e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, it aimed to determine the demographic characteristics of the students in terms of age, place of residence, sex, civil status, year level, course, their level of readiness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, advantages, disadvantages and problems encountered in e-learning in the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies at Cavite State University-Main Campus Indang Cavite.
A total of 363 students in College of Economics Management and Development Studies served as the respondents in this study. The majority of the students were belonged to 18 to 26 years of age. There were more female students (80%) than male students. In terms of their civil status, (99.76%) of the students mostly were single. Also, majority of them lived in the province of Cavite specifically (15%) in Indang. In terms of the year level, the largest percentage were 132 respondents from fourth year (36.36%). It was also found out that forty - eight percent of them were taking Bachelor of Science Major in Business Management. In general, College Of Economics, Management and students showed a "high" rating on their level of readiness. Students have the high chance to cope up with this new learning set up. They are somewhat open to adapt e-learning to continue their studies. On their perceived usefulness very useful" rating, students see the positive outcome of this e learning method and thinks that this is very useful at this time of pandemic. On their perceived ease of use "easy rating, students perceived this learning easy is usage for them to have access to the learning program. And "neutral" on their level of attitude towards use of e-learning. Students are undetermined if this e learning can sustain the quality education that the student needs.It was found out that access to online materials is the most frequently mentioned advantage of E-learning. In contrast, majority of the students considered technical problem as disadvantages of E-Leaming during the Covid-19 pandemic. The most frequently mentioned problem and constraints met by the students in E-Learning during the pandemic was about the "technical issues"
