The study "IMPACT OF DELAY IN TERMS OF COST/TIME/QUALITY IN CVSU MAIN CAMPUS" sought to determine the impact of delays at Cavite State University-Main Campus in terms of cost, time, and quality, and also to determine the encountered delays at Cavite State University-Main Campus. The study will be useful to the researchers and business sector who were interested to know further in this area and the findings of the study will help give direction in explaining the encountered delays in construction projects and their impact in terms of cost, time, and quality to developers and construction companies. This study was conducted through a descriptive and survey research design, and the primary data was collected through survey questionnaires. The researchers randomly pick six construction projects at Cavite State University Main Campus and handed out the survey questionnaire to the project inspectors, contractors, end-users, and financing administrators that have been part of the construction process of the randomly chosen project. The gathered data was analyzed using the Relative Importance Index, Likert scale, and percentage.
