Adviser: Vina V. Velasco, Co-Adviser: Dickson N. Dimero The study aimed to determine the level of functioning and current health status of the public utility vehicle drivers of Indang, Cavite. It also aimed to determine the relationship of the respondent’s demographic profile to the health Status, relationship of respondent’s health status to the level of functioning and relationship of respondent’s demographic profile to the level of functioning. Descriptive research design was used in the study. Public utility vehicle drivers in Indang, Cavite was chosen as respondents, wherein questionnaires were given to gather demographic profile, level of functioning, health status and medical history of the respondents. Based on the results of the study, most of the respondents belonged to the age group of 31-35 and are married. Most of them were high school graduates earning Php 5, 001 to 10, 000 per month. There is a slight significant relationship between the demographic profile and level of functioning, and between the demographic profile and health status of the drivers. There is also a slight relationship between level of functioning and health status of the public utility vehicle divers.
