The study aimed to develop an E-Learning System for Logic Subject which will serve as an aid in teaching the subject Logic. This can be accessed anytime and anywhere on the internet. The system used PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), MySQL, XAMPP, Macromedia Dreamweaver and for browser Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It was developed following the Unified Process to follows every phase that starts with Inception, Elaboration, Construction and lastly Transition. Effectiveness of the software in delivering the subject was evaluated through the use of acceptance testing; one hundred forty four students and two instructors are the two clients that evaluated the system to check its functionalism. The system was evaluated by one hundred forty four students and two instructors to check the system's functionalities. It was evaluated by its accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user's friendliness and technical aspects. The results of the evaluation show that the system was acceptable to the users. The ratings in the two groups of clients were good and excellent.
