Abstract: PALANG-AT, ROLANDO JR. B. and PERDITO, JUSTIN ACE. G. Development of an E-learning System for Philippine Government, Politics and Constitution. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science Technology in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. March 2012. Adviser: Ms. Gladys G. Perey. The system entitled "Development of an E-Learning System for Philippine Government Politics and Constitution" was developed to study the subject in an understandable and interesting manner, for those students who are concerned to study the basic concept of our Constitution, Politics, and Philippine Government to contribute the future, through computerized one for educational purposes. The study archived the following specific objectives: to identify the problems encountered by existing system using fishbone diagram; to design the modules of E-learning system using Use Case Diagram and Iterative and Incremental Process Development; to develop E-learning System for Philippine Government Politics and Constitution capable using PEIP and MySql, Macromedia Flash 8, Dreamweaver CS5 and XAMPP; and to evaluate the system using acceptance and unit testing. It will make the students aware of the innovation in technology. This study will serve as reference for future researchers. The system will be developed using Iterative and Incremental Process Model. Data were gathered through interview, survey and system evaluation. After conducting the evaluation, the proponent established the following recommendation: for better enhancement of the system, it can have more graphics, animations and pictures to provide more interactive presentation. It is also recommended to connect the system in the Cavite State University Enrolment system so that the students can access the system easier.
