Bachelor of Science in Economics. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. August 2022. Adviser: Dr. Elizabeth E. Polinga. A country requires a significant number of entrepreneurs to sustain the resilience of the national economy. The influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the economic slowdown and the increased use of technology in the economy and business, may be considered as a barrier or support for students to become entrepreneurs. This research intends to evaluate the rationale, obstacles, and impacts of launching into business during the COVID-19 pandemic on students. Data were gathered from 100 students with varying degrees and year levels at Cavite State University. This research employed weighted mean and SPSS Statistics for evaluating the data. The results indicated that personal motives were discovered that drove students in engaging in business COVID-19 pandemic. It also revealed the direct influence Of perceived recessionary economic background on entrepreneurial intention and efforts to deal with a financial crisis. The outcome focuses on increased attention on fostering the entrepreneurial aim of the student by offering additional assistance from family, friends, and the institution. It also emphasizes digital technology use to optimize the help that pupils received and enhances the student's grasp of possibilities that exist in an unforeseen event like a pandemic.
