Abstract: This study, "Analysis of Broiler Production at Heros Poultry Farm," was conducted at Heros Farm in Tagaytay City to determine the production performance of the farm and to determine the monetary return of it for the last two years 1975 and 1976. The farm was operated by Mr. Herminigildo Lla-mado under the supervision of General Milling Corporation. It had eight elevated rearing houses and one central brooder that provided all the complete heat requirements for growing chicks. A total of 240,000 broiler chicks consisting of 24,000 chicks were raised in each batch for a two years cropping period. During the 1975 cropping operation, a total of 113, 240 birds weighing 114, 012.2 kilograms were disposed of and 111,122 broilers weighing 137,580 kilograms were produced for 1976. Each batch in the cropping year 1975 had 5.6 per cent mortality and in 1976 7.36 per cent. The gross income for 1975 was 0267,666.56 with a total expense of P184,738. However, income of 1976 was P2299920050 and had a total expense of P1930554. The 1975 cropping operation had a net profit of P82,928056, and P36,365.50 for 1976 cropping season.
