Abstract: A typical farm project financed by DBP located at Path is, San Mateo, Rizal was surveyed to determine the mechanics of operation. This farm consisting of 21,000 layers engaged in commercial scale was the source of information. Results obtained revealed that through sound management at the poultry repayment loan was sufficient and regularly settled without encountering any error or overdue accounts. It was further noted, based on the results obtained that it was convenient and easy to secure loan from DBP if there was already an established project.
