A field study was conducted at Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. located at Buck Estate, Alfonso, Cavite from November 14, 2006 to January 23, 2007. The general objective of the study was to gain knowledge and skills through actual participation/ involvement in the company's operation which will be useful in seeking future employment. Specifically, it aimed to describe the organization, management and marketing operation of the club, determine the problems encountered and come up with feasible solutions and provide insights and reflections about the field study conducted. Data and other relevant information about Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. were gathered from club's brochures and files, member's handbook, interview with its staff and observation of the different activities of the company. Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. is a non- profit and a non- stock organization whose primary objective is to provide world class amenities and sports facilities for the training of Filipino athletes and its valued members. It offers different kinds of services to better serve its customers, such as sports and recreational facilities, available function rooms, townhouses for accommodation and a beach resort.
