Abstract: Childcare center or popularly known as day care center is a full service referral network offering affordable and diverse options for finding quality childcare. There is to provide parents with all the information they need to help them make the best decision regarding the care of their children. The general objective of the study was to determine the feasibility and viability of establishing a Day Care Center (0-3 years of age). It specifically aimed to answer the questions under the five aspects namely: Marketing, Technical, Management, Financial, and Socio-Economical Aspect. Children aged three years and below are the focus of service of this enterprise which will be established in Palapala, Dasmarinas, Cavite wherein children of working individuals from nearby towns will be the projected target market. This day care center will be more beneficial to businessmen, medical professionals and to others with an occupation that is untimely in nature. The approximate area of operation will be 250 square meters. There is enough space for learning areas as well as open playground. The day care center has some unusual fixtures. Each room shall be provided with an air-conditioning unit compatible to the total area to facilitate coziness of the activity area. Star Kids Zone is an individual or sole proprietorship type of business. This business entity will be considered a small scale business. The simplest form of organizational structure will be adapted. Relationships of employees are clearly defined in the structure which leads to efficiency of service provided. The sources of financing the project are from the owner's personal savings and a secure loan from FICIBANK. Upon the implementation of the project, it shall bring with it the generation of employment and income to some unemployed workers in the countryside. The study is highly recommended thus ensures an affirmative effects in the society, in the economy and with the proponent's condition as well. The feasibility study is intended for future investor and private companies for future investments in line with this kind of business.
