This study is about the profile, personality type and preferred work environment of Midlife Working Women of Maxim Philippine Operating Corporation and Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing Incorporated. This study aimed to determine: (1) the profile of the respondents categorized as civil status, present monthly salary, employment status, employment position and length of service; (2) the personality types of the respondents categorized as realistic type, investigative type, artistic type, social type, enterprising type and conventional type; (3) the preferred work environment of the respondents categorized as occupational related environment, intellectual-achievement oriented environment, interpersonal related environment, material related environment, organizational related environment, and physical related environment; (4) the significant relationship between profile and personality type; (5) the significant relationship between profile and preferred work environment; and (6) the significant relationship between personality type and preferred work environment. This study was limited to midlife working women whose age ranges from 35 to 55 of Maxim Philippine Operating Corporation and Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing Incorporated. The respondents were selected through the use of purposive sampling. The instruments used were: Personality Type Scale and Work Environment Scale. The Personal Profile Form was used to measure the profile of the respondents. These underwent content validity and reliability to know the capability of the questionnaires to measure the variables. Results generated indicated that: (1.) profile of the respondents has no significant relationship to personality type; (2.) profile has no significant relationship to preferred work environment; and (3.) personality type was also found to be not related to preferred work environment.
