Abstract: LOYOLA, MA. MARIE ANN DUBLIN. Sense of Belonging and Well-Bieng among Fraternity Members in Tanza, Cavite. Undergraduate. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2009. Adviser: Ms. Armi Grace Bicomong. This study aimed to determine the demographic profiles of the respondents; determine the level of the respondent's sense of belonging and well-being; find out if there is a significant relationship on the level of sense of belonging and well-being to the demographic profiles of the respondents and; determine if there is significant relationship between sense of belonging and well-being among fraternity members in Tanza, Cavite. The study made use of the descriptive - correlational design. Purposive sampling technique was utilized in this study. Purposive sampling is determining the target population, those to be involved in the study. The researcher went to six (6) selected barangays in Tanza namely; Paradahan I and H, Tres Cruses, Bagtaz, Punta, Belvedere LH, and Sanja Mayor. The respondents were one hundred forty one (141) selected fraternity members whose age ranges from 17 to above years old. The researcher used a questionnaire that was lifted from Jack R. Gibb, the TORI GROUP SELF- DIAGNOSIS SCALE and PYFF Scales of Psychological Well-Being 2005. The first part of the questionnaire was covers about sense of belonging scale and then the second part was about well-being scale which enabled to know the relationship of the two variables. The study reveals that there is a significant relationship between sense of belonging and well-being among fraternity members in Tanza, Cavite.
