Abstract: For decades, many clinics in our country use the manual system to maintain the circulation of their department. Some of them tried to make use of the growing technology that society has right now. Wellcare Clinic is one of these institutions, which seeks improvements and efficiency in their field. The study aims to provide Wellcare Clinic Integrated System an aid to lessen up work constraints and speed up services. The proposed system enables the user to add new patient records, edit, save and update records. Utilizing magnetic card reader for patients with health cards. It is designed to easily retrieve and access records and shows the patients medical history and reports. One of the major features of the proposed system is computing the total revenue of Wellcare Clinic daily, weekly, and monthly. Provide an appointment scheduling for the patients and lastly monitoring of the pharmacy. Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was used to implement the software and Microsoft Access for the database of the system. It has a password for every user for the security of files. The main objective of this study is to promote a more efficient service to the users in terms of convenience in speed and time management.
