Appropriate quantitative tools were then used to analyze the gathered data. Data was analyzed using IE tools like flow process diagram and time study analysis, to analyze and assess the existing process of the selected water refilling stations in Indang, Cavite. Flow diagram was used to determine the flow of process in the selected water refilling stations. Several accounting principles, like Cost Benefit Analysis was also used to assess the monetary value of the wasted water.
