The study combined both direct and feature based approaches in producing statistical road for combative sports. The proponents used the combination of keyboard mapping akorithm, and statistical algorithm to create a reliable and accurate statistical record. Keyboard mapping was implemented with the help of modified buttons as the hardware. Statistical akorithms were used for the software's interaction with the hardware.
Prototyping Model was used as the methodology for developing the software. The athantage of this methodology is that for each prototype created by the proponents, it can be easil modified based on the ideas of the clients. The development of the software was under Windows 7 but the executable file can also be run in Windows XP. It is written in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language using Microsoft Access as the database and Adobe Pliotoshop Portable for designing of GUI. Fishbone Diagrams were used to illustrate the need for creating the software in which the algorithm was implemented.
