The study was conducted to develop a Management Information System on Chanceteam Christian Academy Inc. which will help to support the whole range of the school's administration and provide solutions in the management of information of the students, staff and institution. It also aimed to help resolve the problems that the school usually encountered during retrieving of files of students and slow processing of enrollment system. The proponents used Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the programming language, MySQL as the database technology for data storage, Notepad++ for coding the system, Adobe Photoshop for designing the webpage, Microsoft Word for the documentation, Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome as web browsers and the Apache Server. The proponents used Iterative Development for the development of the system. It consists of the following phases: Requirements, Analysis and Design, Program Coding, Testing, Evaluation and Deployment. The system was evaluated by the students, parents and faculty members based on the following criteria: Functionability, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability and Portability. The system passed all the given criteria in evaluation and met all the features, functionality and the requirements to attain its objectives.
