Abstract: MARTONITO, EL PHILIP J. Assessment on the Perfomance Efficiency Level and the Factors affecting the programs of Kabataan Party-list in City of Dasmarifias Cavite. Undergraduate thesis. AB Political Science. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2014. Thesis Adviser: Renato T. Agdalpen. The study sought to define the performance efficiency level and factors affecting the activities of Kabataan party-list. It also determined the efficiency levels of leadership seminar, discussion of social issues, environmental conferences, and forums on youth and education as program of Kabataan party-list. Likewise, it determined the leadership, cooperation of the members and financial budget as factors affecting the programs of Kabataan party-list. However, study also determined the significant relation of the programs between the factors in terms community welfare development and youth role modeling. The study used a descriptive correlation method of research. The participants were asked to answer the performance efficiency level of Kabataan party-list members in their programs and factors affecting the activities of Kabataan Party-list. This study showed that the Kabataan party-list was having a very high efficiency level in terms of their programs. On the other hand, the factors really affect the efficiency levels of the program of Kabataan party-list. Lastly, this study showed that there was a significant relation between the programs and the factors affecting the programs in terms of community welfare and youth role modeling
