The Effects of Televised Benevolence Towards the Aggression Level of Grade 4 Students of Upon This Rock Christian Academy in GMA, Cavite. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University. April 2014. Thesis Adviser: Ms. Rolinda G. Parrefio. This study was conducted to determine the effects of televised benevolence towards the aggression level of Grade 4 students. The study used the quasi-experimental design. Data was obtained through experimental treatments given to a control group and a treatment group from Grade 4 students from Upon This Rock Christian Academy. Data was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The instrument used was the Buss and Perry Aggression questionnaire and the participants were the Grade 4 students of upon this Rock Christian Academy in GMA, Cavite. The results of the study showed that there is no significant difference between the aggression level of grade 4 students before and after watching the benevolent video clip. It also revealed that there is no significant difference between the aggression level of students exposed ID the benevolent video clip and those who were not exposed. The results proved that watching "devised benevolence have no effect on the aggression level of the Grade 4 students. The end result showed that after the intervention, the level of aggression of the students wined on the average level. Referring to the results, students who have average level of cession have the tendency to intentionally injure physically or psychologically by means of shouting angrily at someone, insulting, rules violation, vandalism, and bullying of the students.
