PENAFLOR, ANGELO B. Applied Research IV, Laboratory School Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2003 “Effects of Different Levels of Cocogro on the Root Formation of Marcotted Lanzones (Lansium domesticum, L). Adviser: Dr. Arnulfo C. Pascual
The experiment was conducted at the Crop Science Nursery, Cavite State University from August 17 to December 13, 2002 to determine the best concentration of Cocogro for marketing lanzones.
Seventy-five (75) lanzones stems were marcotted and treated with Cocogro at different levels: T1 (Control), T2 (5 ml of Cocogro per L of water),T3 (10 ml of Cocogro per L of water), T4 (15 ml of Cocogro per L of water), T5 (20 ml of Cocogro per L of water). Randomized Complete Block Design, with five treatments and three replications was used.
Results showed that T3 (10 ml of Cocogro per L of water) gave the earliest root formation and produced the most and the longest roots compared to the Control and other treatments.
