Abstract: CALICDAN, KAREN MAE S. Research and Development in the Production of Vitamin B-complex Low Dose Supplements at Sydenham Laboratory. Plant Practice. Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite Adviser Mrs. Aitee Janelle Reterta. The plant practice was conducted at Sydenham Laboratory Incorporation at Pala- pala Dasmarinas City, Cavite from December 2013 to January 2014 for 300 hours. The training was conducted at the research and development department. The author was assigned as research and development assistant. The student trainee was assigned to assist in the formulation of vitamin B-complex low dose supplements. The student was assigned in assisting in the formulation of trial batch run of vitamin B-complex low dose supplements and in the physical analysis of the tablet of vitamin B- complex such as weighing, measuring thickness, hardness, friability and conducting disintegration test on the tablet.
