In determining the differences in the financial literacy of the participants by sex, Mann-Whitney Test was used. Financial literacy was categorized into financial attitude, financial behavior, and financial knowledge. Majority of the participants had a positive financial attitude, excellent financial behavior, and above average financial knowledge. The study revealed that civil status affects the financial attitude of the youth-entrepreneurs. There were differences in the financial knowledge of the participants in terms of sex.
