Abstract: ARVIN RYAN Z. AVINANTE, MARK ANTHONY C. JULIAN and JAMES ROY P. MODE. Cavite Cadastral Management Information System for Community Environment and Natural Resources Office. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. March 2009. Adviser: Ms. Charlotte B. Carandang. The study was conducted to provide a comprehensive development for record management, Cavite Cadastral Management Information System for Community Environment and Natural Resources Office, which provides readily information of landed public property here in Cavite. The system provides the cadastral profiles of a lot. The system automates the operational activities of the organization; disposition applications and scheduling inspections. The system also provides statistical cadastral status of Cavite, the information regarding on municipality's landed properties registered in the system. Production of reports was also provided by the system for administrative use. The researchers used the Evolutionary Prototyping as a development methodology which has five phases, the Requirement Gathering, Design Strategy, Implementation, Verification, and Maintenance. Microsoft Visual Basic and MySQL were the application used to develop the system. The researchers also considered the use of Swish Max2.0 for the animations. The system was evaluated by the respondents based on the given criteria: User-Friendliness, Reliability, Consistency, Accuracy and Efficiency. Evaluators were composed of IT and computer Experts, CENRO Employees on Land Management and Computer Science and Information Technology students in Cavite State University. The system passed all the given criteria in evaluation including User-Friendliness, Reliability, Consistency, Accuracy and Efficiency; and met all the targeted features and functionality of searching and printing lot cadastral profiles as well as the requirements and its objectives.
