Specifically, it aimed to determine their demographic profile; their self-concept; their life satisfaction; if there is a significant relationship between (a) demographic profile and self-concept; (b) demographic profile and life satisfaction; © self-concept and life satisfaction; (5) their perception of themselves; and (6) their perception of life. This study used a Qualitative-Qualitative approach. In the quantitative part, descriptive correlation and while for the qualitative part face to face interview was utilized in their research. In the quantitative part, Purposive sampling technique was used and there are 61 participants. The researchers used the instrument Demographic Profile, Pasao Self-concept Scale and Psychological Well-being Scale by Carol Ryff. On the other hand, in the qualitative part, the researchers used unstructured interviews. There are five families for the interview that lasted for 15-30 minutes. The results show that the demographic profile (age, gender and religion) of Typhoon Yolanda victims are the following: mostly ranging from 20 to 29 years old, predominantly males and Roman Catholics. The self-concept of Typhoon Yolanda victims was high as well as the life satisfaction despite what they experienced. They perceive and see themselves as appreciative, motivated, self reliant, hard working, have close family ties and have faith in God. It was concluded that after what they have gone through they are still intact with their family that causes them to be more attached with one another. Furthermore, they are motivated to continue their lives even if there are times when the traumatizing experience flashes on their minds. Also, their faith in God is still there. In addition, they seemed to be capable in adapting to their new environment even though they were from a traumatic incident.
