This study was conducted from February 2014 to April 2015 in Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. The main objective of the study was to develop a student information system for Antonio B. del Rosario Sr., Bagtas Memorial Elementary School that will be used to manage different school operations. The paradigm used for the development of the study was Rational Unified Process Model, composed of the following phases: initial planning phase, requirements analysis phase, analysis and design phase, implementation phase, testing phase, evaluation phase and deployment phase. The participants of the study included one (1) guidance counselor, one (1) ICT teacher, and 28 other subject teachers participated. The system underwent a series of testing and evaluation to ensure its accuracy and efficiency.
Acceptance testing was based on the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Overall, the participants' rating of the system got a mean 4.26 or "Excellent", which shows that the objectives and requirements of the system were achieved.
