A study was conducted to determine the entrepreneurial intent among Master in Business Administration (MBA) students in selected universities in Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to describe the profile of MBA students in terms of age, gender, and marital status, to determine the level of financial literacy, to determine the entrepreneurial intention of MBA students, to ascertain whether there is a significant relationship between the profile of MBA students in terms of age, gender, and marital status, and their entrepreneurial intention, and to ascertain whether there is a significant relationship between the level of financial literacy of MBA students and their entrepreneurial intention. The study covered the selected universities in Cavite. These were the Adventist University of the Philippines, Cavite State University- Main Campus, Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Lyceum of the Philippines, and Philippines Christian University from which 160 participants was used in this study. Descriptive analysis, frequency counts, weighted mean, range, percentage, and standard deviation were used in presenting the profile of MBA students. To facilitate the level of financial literacy regarding and entrepreneurial intention of MBA students, weighted mean was used. To determine the relationship among the profile of MBA students, level of financial literacy of MBA students, and entrepreneurial intention of MBA students, spearman's correlation coefficient was used. Based on the results, most of the participants enrolled in MBA program belonged to younger age group. In addition, majority of the students were males. It also shows that most of the students taking up MBA were mostly married. Furthermore, the overall results showed that the participants had moderate level of financial literacy. This means that the participants had an average financial literacy in analyzing their financial status. On the other hand, based on the results the participants had high entrepreneurial intention. This means that the participants had positive impact on their intentions to become an entrepreneur. Moreover, Based on the results, the profile of MBA students in terms of their age and gender were significantly related to entrepreneurial intention. In addition, there is no significant relationship between marital status and entrepreneurial intention. Overall findings showed that there was a significant relationship between MBA students' financial literacy and their entrepreneurial intention.
