Abstract: DELA CRUZ, LIEZL A., DIAZ, CHRISTINE C., and NOLASCO, MAYLANY D., BOTTOMS UP. Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Prof. Lina C. Abogadie. The entrepreneurial development project which lasted for three months was conducted from November 05, 2014 to February 06, 2015. The project generally aimed to formulate and implement appropriate strategies in marketing Bottoms Up products; determine the profitability and marketability of Bottoms Up products; identify problems and difficulties during the establishment and operation of the business; and identify possible solutions to address the problems. The business named Bottoms Up was operated by three entrepreneurs who shared equal amount of capital and managed the business with different responsibilities. Procurement of raw materials, production, marketing, and financial aspects were performed by the business partners. These activities let the students became more responsible in managing the business on their own. Also through this project, the students' gained knowledge could be applied more effectively in their future endeavors. The business offered variety of refreshment drinks such as palamig, shake frappe, snow cup, hot brewed coffee and iced coffee. Products were offered at lower prices compared to its competitors. Bottoms Up products were offered through retailing in Cavite State University-Main Campus. Also, online marketing through its website, http://cvsubottomsup.wix.com/bottomsup and social media like facebook were used to reach target customers. Posting of stickers in tricycles within Cavite State University with the store's name on it were likewise done by the partners to further promote their business. Other promotions like Bottoms Up Handog Pamasko, Shot-Up, and Bottoms Up Huling Hirit Raffle promo wherein trip to Boracay for two were given away as the major prize. A stall wishlist was also installed during Christmas season to encourage and attract customers to buy the Bottoms Up products, In the three months of operation, Bottoms Up had generated a total sales of P201,051.00 and earned a net profit of P92,587.27. Some problems were encountered such as shortage of raw materials and long customers' queue specifically in accepting and giving their orders. The entrepreneurs have eventually solved these problems.
