This study was carried out to determine the influence of work condition and work-life balance to millennial municipal employees in selected cities of Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to: (1) identify the socio-demographic profile of the millennial municipal employees in selected cities of Cavite; (2) determine the work condition of the employees; (3) determine the quality of work-life balance of the employees; and (4) determine significant relationship between work conditions and work — life balance. The participants of the study were 200 millennial municipal employees in selected cities of Cavite. Frequency counts, mean, percentage, and standard deviation were used to describe the socio-demographic profile, work condition, and quality of work-life balance. Likert scale was used to determine the work condition and quality of work-life balance of millennial municipal employees. Pearson Correlation was used to determine the significant relationship between the working condition and work-life balance. Work condition in selected cities of Cavite was found conducive regarding to emotional demands, workplace location, and physical surroundings and showed that they were very conducive regarding to environmental conditions and health and safety. Findings of the study show that there is a significant relationship between work conditions and work — life — balance. But then the results revealed that work — life — balance have no significant relationship to work condition in terms of emotional demands, physical surroundings, and environmental conditions.
