A case study was conducted at RICLET Technological Manufacturing Inc. at Greenbreeze Avenue, Langkaan Cavite from February 27, 2017 to April 8, 2017. It aimed to: (1) describe the profile and operations of RICLET Technological Manufacturing Inc. (2) describe the quality control involved in the production activities of RICLET Technological Manufacturing Inc.; (3) analyze the firm’s quality control using strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis; and (4) identify the problems encountered in the quality control system faced by the company and recommend feasible solutions on the problems identified.
The study focused on the analysis of quality control of the company. Data were gathered through personal interview with the staffs and employees and observation of the daily operations of the company. Other information were gathered from the records maintained in the office files.
This study presented some information in the company’ s history, organisation and management, products and services of the company, and others. Descriptive method
of analysis was used in analysing the data regarding the quality control of RICLET Technological Manufacturing Inc.
RTMI offers a variety of services that deals in customization of the products made by the customers qualifications of standards and specifications. It includes services like; CNC Lathe/ Milling machine, fabrication of jigs & fixtures, fabrication of refurbishing of mould and dies, gear and sprocket, gear box repair, general fabrication works, heat treatment, industrial machining and fabrication, machineries spare parts, mining and cement plants, oil mill machineries & spare parts, pump rehabilitation and services, semi-precision tooling and sugar and paper mills machineries.
